Out of the long laundry list of celebs who have been arrested and who's mugshots have been released, Gary Coleman's is the most terrifying. Jeez - what was this guy thinking? He must have been hopped up on some pretty good drugs to not give a fuck, having known the repercussions of such a divalicious photograph.
